It is possible that for some reason you are unable to connect to your Google account. In this case, we recommend the following solutions.
Option 1: Connect after onboarding
If the connection fails during the initial setup, you can skip it and try again later.
Click on Skip for now in the onboarding process.
Complete the onboarding process. After this, your first backup will be initiated automatically, and you will have access to your account .
Once you are logged in, you can connect again via https://app.probackup.io/settings/google-drive
Option 2: Reset Google Workspace permissions
If your Google Workspace account has been used before to sync data, you may need to remove the integration from your Google account before reconnecting.
Click on Pro Backup sync to Google Drive
On the next page, scroll down and click on Delete all connections...
Once this is done, try to connect your Google Workspace account in ProBackup again.
