What we back up:

  • Tickets

  • Custom fields

  • Attachments

  • Forms

  • Groups

  • Comments (i.e. public replies, internal notes)

  • Users

  • Organizations

What we don't back up:

  • Reports

  • Dashboards

  • Conversations

  • Triggers

  • Views

Note: The reason that some of these data types are not backed up is because they are not made available in Zendesk's API. As soon as these data types are available through the API we will add them to the backup scope.
