We could not access your PWA account. Please follow these steps to solve this:

  1. Log out of Podio Workflow Automations

  2. Log in and verify that you are logging in with the right account (i.e. the account that you use to manage your PWAs).

  3. Go to the snapshot page for PWAs to see if the workflows are backed up.

  4. If you don’t see any workflows, please create a support ticket.

There is no need to uninstall/reinstall the Chrome extension.
