As we are syncing your backed up data to your google Workspace account, it is possible to download these files to a local device.
Manual download
To download your files manually from Google Drive:
- Go to the file in your Google Drive
- Right click on the file
- Click on ‘Download‘
Tip
You can download entire folders via the same way.
Automatic download
Download Google Drive for desktop to enable an automatic download of your backed up data.
Google Drive for desktop allows you to choose folders on your computer to sync with Google Drive or backup to Google Photos, and access all of your content directly from your PC or Mac
