What we back up:
The following data types are backed up:
- Tickets
- Custom fields
- Attachments
- Forms
- Groups
- Comments (i.e. public replies, internal notes)
- Users
- Organizations
What we don't back up:
The following data types are not backed up:
- Reports
- Dashboards
- Conversations
- Triggers
- Views
Important
The reason that some of these data types are not backed up is because they are not made available in Zendesk's API. As soon as these data types are available through the API we will add them to the backup scope.
