Storage location
All user data is stored exclusively in AWS data centres in Dublin, Ireland. These facilities are certified to industry standards including ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, and PCI Level 1.
Physical security
AWS data centres are protected by 24/7 CCTV monitoring, intrusion detection, access logging, redundant power systems, fire suppression, and water leakage detection.
Access controls
ProBackup enforces strict access policies for all production systems:
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all production databases and networks.
Privileged access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Access is revoked promptly when no longer required.
All data encryption keys are securely managed to minimise risk.
