With Pro Backup, the email of the accounts that you want to back up can be different than the one of your Pro Backup account.
Note: For security reasons, each email address needs to be verified
When you back up the app for the first time
When adding a new app to your Pro Backup, it is possible that you are already logged in to the app with an account. If you want to back up a different account, follow these steps:
Visit your app (e.g. Smartsheet) and log out from your account
Sign in with the account that you would like to back up
Visit Pro Backup and add the app to your account
In the onboarding process, when you click on Authorize Pro Backup, you will still be logged in to the right account
Authorize Pro Backup and complete the onboarding process
When you have already backed up another account
If you have already backed your app with one of your accounts, but would like to back up a different account, follow these steps:
Sign in to Pro Backup
Go to Settings > Connections
Next to the email of the admin, click on Change
This will redirect you to the onboarding process
Sign in to your app with the right account and complete the process
