Records
Zoho CRM consists of several modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Activities, Forecasts, and so on. For each of these of modules it is possible to restore single records. When you restore a record, a duplicate of the record will be created in the related module.
The following data will be restored: Notes, attachments and activities.
Attachments
When you restore an attachment, the attachment will be added to the related record/module.
Notes
When you restore a note, a duplicate of the note will be created in the related record.
