What we back up:
The following data types are backed up:
- Modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Forecasts, Activities, and so on.
- Records linked to these modules.
- Attachments
- Notes
- Users
What we don't back up:
The following data types are not backed up:
- Blue prints
- CRM Variables which can have unique set of values and can be widely used as merge fields in Email templates, Mail merge templates, and Inventory templates.
Important
The reason that some of these data types are not backed up is because they are not made available in Zoho's API. As soon as these data types are available through the API we will add them to the backup scope.
