How to switch the connected account

If you wish to back up a different account for a certain app, follow these steps:

  • Open your web browser and sign in with the correct account to your app

  • Sign in to ProBackup

  • Go to Settings > Apps

  • Next to the app, click on Reconnect

  • Complete the wizard

If you need to change the account used for your backups, please follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare your browser: Open your web browser and sign in to the SaaS application (e.g., Trello, Airtable, etc.) using the specific account you want to connect.

  2. Log in to ProBackup: Sign in to your ProBackup dashboard.

  3. Access Settings: Navigate to Settings > Apps in the menu.

  4. Reconnect: Locate the specific app in the list and click the Reconnect button next to it.

  5. Authorize: Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the connection to the new account.
