Unlike other integrations, monday.com requires a separate license purchased through the monday.com marketplace.
What changed
Previously, a single ProBackup license covered all supported apps. Monday.com now uses a different licensing model:
Monday.com is not included in your general ProBackup subscription.
You need to purchase the monday.com backup license directly through the monday.com marketplace.
All other ProBackup integrations (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.) continue to work under your existing ProBackup license.
How to get started with monday.com backups
Go to the ProBackup listing on the monday.com marketplace .
Click "Install" to add ProBackup to your monday.com account.
Follow the prompts to authorize ProBackup and select the workspaces you want to back up.
Complete your purchase directly in monday.com.
Managing your monday.com license
You can manage your monday.com backup license entirely within monday.com:
Update billing information
Cancel or modify your plan
To access these settings, go to your monday.com admin panel under Apps and find ProBackup.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate ProBackup account for monday.com?
Yes. For new customers, it will not be possible to back up monday.com together with the other apps. In this you case you will have to create two separate ProBackup accounts.
Tip: You can use the same email and domain, and simply use add "+monday" before the "@" to create a second account without using a different email.
For example: [email protected]
What if I already have a monday.com backup?
The backups that were created before December 18th will continue to be included in your general ProBackup subscription. At this point we have no plans to migrate these backups to the new licensing model, but we will let you know in due time when this changes.
