This article explains how to back up additional workspaces when an app only allows one workspace per connection. This applies to integrations such as Slack, Notion, and Miro, where each API connection is limited to a single workspace.
Option 1: Invite a team member
You can invite a user who has access to the other workspace. Once they authorise ProBackup, the additional workspace will automatically be included in your backup.
Go to Settings > Users.
Click "Add User".
Enter the details of a team member who has access to the workspace you want to add.
The new workspace will appear in your backup after the invited user completes their authorisation.
Option 2: Create a separate ProBackup account
If no other team member is available, you can create an additional ProBackup account using an email alias. Add + and a label before the @ in your email address to register a separate account for each workspace.
For example:
[email protected]for your main workspace[email protected]for the second workspace[email protected]for the third workspace
All emails will arrive in the same inbox, but each address can be used to create a separate ProBackup account.
Note: Each ProBackup account requires its own subscription.
