Discontinuation of Zendesk backup

ProBackup will be discontinuing its Zendesk integration. This article explains what to expect and what steps to take before the service ends.

What is changing

New customers can no longer set up a Zendesk backup. If you already have an active Zendesk backup, it will remain fully functional until May 1st, 2026.

What happens to your subscription

If you back up multiple apps: Your ProBackup license stays active and your other integrations are not affected.

If you only back up Zendesk: Your license will be automatically canceled on May 1st, 2026. You will not be charged after that date.

What you should do

We recommend exporting any data or reports you need from your ProBackup account before the grace period ends.

To export your data:

  1. Go to your ProBackup account and open your Zendesk backup.

  2. Navigate to the data type you want to export.

  3. Click "Download" or "Export" to save the data to your device.
