For each integration you can decide which users you want to invite:
Select the correct app in the menu bar
Go to Settings > Connected accounts
Click on Send invite
Fill in the email addresses of the users you would like to invite
Note: Each invited user needs to authorize Pro Backup to give access to their account
The admin can choose whether the invited user:
receives the status email
can access all data that is backed up or only his own data
