How can I transfer a subscription to a team member?

Each subscription (or “licence”) can only be managed by a single administrator. The administrator can edit all billing details — including invoices, billing information, and payment methods — while invited users can view this information but cannot make changes.

To transfer a licence to another user, follow these steps:

  1. If you have not already done so, invite the user to ProBackup.

  2. Once the user has accepted the invitation and is active, click Transfer Licence.

  3. Select the user from the list and confirm the transfer.
