It is possible to you wish to exclude some attachments from the backup scope to reduce the total data usage. You can either exclude single attachments from your backup or exclude all attachments linked to a certain list or project.
Removing single attachments
To remove a single attachments:
Go to Backups > Attachments or Files (this can be different for each app)
Use the drop-down fields to view the relevant files
Select the files that wish to exclude
Cllick on Actions > Permanently delete
Removing all files linked to a list or project
You can speed up the process by removing all files linked to a certain project or list. To do so, follow these steps:
Go to Backups > Attachments or Files
Use the drop-down fields to select the right project or list
Click on Actions > Permanently delete
Note: If you wish to delete all files, make sure to not check any files in the table
