There are two ways to reset your password:
If you are logged in:
- Click on Account in the menu bar
- Next to Personal Details click on Edit
- Then click on Change password
- Enter the verification code that we’ve sent to your email and enter a new password
If you are not logged in:
- On the sign in page, click on Forgot password
- Enter your email and request the link
- Enter the verification code that we’ve sent to your email and enter a new password
Important
Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive a verification code.
