Yes, we can back up your Asana data through a service account. This works a bit different than a normal account: Instead of authorising ProBackup via the regular oAuth connection, you need to provide a Static Token flow instead.
Note: We only support this for our Premium tier.
First, you need to enable Work Access Mode (Enterprise plan required):
Navigate to the admin console
Click Launch Asana in the left pane
Select Work access mode
Secondly, you need to create a new API token and share it with us:
Log in to your Service account
Click on Create new token
Provide a token name (e.g. "ProBackup Backup") and click Continue
On the next page, click on copy and done
Send us the token via a secured link
