If you're unable to install the ProBackup app from the Atlassian Marketplace, we can set up your backup using a personal access token instead.
To get started, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. Email address
Provide the email address associated with the Atlassian account you're using to generate the personal access token.
2. Base URL
You can find this in your browser's address bar when viewing any Jira or Confluence page. It looks like: https://yourcompany.atlassian.net
3. Personal access token
Follow these steps to create your token:
Under API tokens, click Create and manage API tokens
Click Create API token
In the popup, enter a name (e.g., "ProBackup access token") and set the expiry date to one year from now (the maximum allowed)
Copy the token and paste it into your email
