Not receiving the verification code?

When you create a new ProBackup account, we send a verification code to your email inbox. If you do not receive this code, you can request verification via phone instead.

Check your inbox first

Before contacting support, try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.

  3. Make sure you entered the correct email address during sign-up.

Request verification via phone

If the code still does not arrive, send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Send the email from the email address you want to use for your ProBackup account.

  2. Use this subject line: Code not received - Please enable verification via phone

  3. Include your phone number with country code (e.g. +1 555 123 4567) in the body of the email.

Our team will verify your email and add your phone number to your profile. Once this is done, we will send the verification code to your phone instead of your inbox.
