Not receiving the verification code?

This article explains what to do if you do not receive the verification code when creating your ProBackup account.

Check your inbox first

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.

  3. Verify that you entered the correct email address during sign-up.

Request verification via phone

If the code still does not arrive, you can request verification by phone instead. Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Send the email from the email address you want to use for your ProBackup account.

  2. Use the subject line: Code not received - Please enable verification via phone

  3. Include your phone number with country code (e.g. +1 555 123 4567) in the body of the email.

Our team will verify your email and add your phone number to your profile. You will then receive the verification code via SMS.
