This article explains how to update the email address on your ProBackup account and how to add a secondary email for notifications.
How to change your email
Go to Settings > Profile.
Next to Email, click the Edit icon.
Enter your new email address and click "Save".
Enter the verification code sent to your new email address.
Click "OK" to confirm.
Adding a secondary email for notifications
You can add a secondary email address to receive status emails and notifications without changing your primary account email.
Go to Settings > Profile.
Under Notifications, add a secondary email address.
This is useful if you want a colleague or shared inbox to also receive backup status reports and alerts.
