This article explains how to enable email notifications so you stay informed about the status of your backups.
What is included in status emails
Status emails provide a summary of your backup activity, including:
The number of new records added since the last report.
Any errors or warnings detected on your account.
How to enable status emails
Go to Settings > Profile.
Under Notifications, select your preferred frequency: weekly or monthly.
Automatic alerts
In addition to scheduled status emails, ProBackup will automatically notify you if the connection to one of your apps expires and needs to be renewed.
Note: Status emails are available on the Pro and Premium plans.
