This article provides an overview of ProBackup's pricing plans and what is included in each.

ProBackup offers three plans. All plans include daily automated backups, unlimited apps, and granular one-click restore.

Prices are in US dollars. Companies with a billing address in the EU are billed in euros.

ProBackup does not charge per user. A single licence is sufficient to back up your team's data. You can invite team members to expand your backup scope and manage access, all within the same subscription. How many guests you can invite depends on your plan (see below).

Plus – daily backups of all records, files and comments, smart retries, granular restore, recently deleted items report, version history (6 months), Excel export, and 1 invited guest.

Pro – everything in Plus, plus Google Drive sync, Global Search, weekly status emails, smart alerts, version history (2 years), and up to 10 invited guests.

Premium – everything in Pro, plus SSO, priority support, bulk file downloads, advanced scope control, audit reports, virus scanner, unlimited version history, and unlimited invited guests.

Your price depends on the storage tier you choose. If you need more storage, pick a higher tier: from 10 GB up to 2,500 GB on Plus and Pro, and from 25 GB up to 2,500 GB on Premium. You can change the tier on the Billing & Subscription page without changing your plan.

ProBackup offers a 25% discount for nonprofit organisations on all plans. To apply, contact us via the chat widget or email [email protected] and share your organisation's website so we can verify your nonprofit status. Once your status is confirmed, you receive a discount code to use at checkout.

All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required. If you don't purchase a plan, we keep your backups for 10 more days, then delete them.
