You have several options for downloading your backup data. You can download individual data tables directly from the app, request a full export for large datasets, or access your files through Google Drive if you have that feature enabled.
Downloading individual data tables
You can download the data from any table as an Excel-compatible file.
From the Home page, click "Go to..." to access your data backups.
Select the data type you wish to view (e.g., Records, Items, Comments, Files) using the tabs.
Use the left-hand panel to open the specific workspace, project, or board you need.
Click the export icon located above the data table to start the download.
Note: Data tables must be exported individually. It is not possible to download all data tables in a single step.
Requesting a full export for large datasets
For datasets that are too large to load in your browser, a "Request Full Export" button will appear. Clicking this will process the export in the background, and you will receive an email with a download link for the complete table once it's ready.
Using the Google Drive Sync
If you have enabled the optional Google Drive sync, an extra copy of your backups is stored directly in your Google Drive . This allows you to download your data directly from your Google Drive folders and Google Sheets at any time .
This feature is available on the Pro and Premium plans . To learn more about setting it up, please refer to our guide on syncing to Google Drive.
