This article explains how to download your synced backup data from Google Drive to a local device.

Manual download

You can download individual files or entire folders directly from Google Drive.

  1. Open your Google Drive and navigate to the ProBackup folder.

  2. Right-click on the file or folder you want to download.

  3. Click "Download".

Folders are downloaded as a ZIP file.

Automatic download

You can use Google Drive for Desktop to automatically sync your backed-up data to your local device. Once installed, it keeps your Google Drive folders in sync with a folder on your PC or Mac.

This is the recommended approach if you want to maintain a local copy of your backups without manual downloads.
