This guide explains how to apply a ProBackup promotion code for Jira or Confluence. Applying a code keeps your current rate in place and does not interrupt your backups.
Prerequisites
Organization or site admin access on your Atlassian account.
Note: If you received two codes (one for Jira and one for Confluence), repeat these steps for each app. Apply the Jira code to the Jira app and the Confluence code to the Confluence app.
Steps
Go to admin.atlassian.com and sign in with your Atlassian admin account.
Select your organization, then open Billing.
Find either ProBackup for Jira or ProBackup for Confluence in the list and click on Manage on the right
Next to Change plan, click on the three dots, then Enter promo code
Enter the promo code and click on Validate
Notes
Your price does not change. The code keeps your current rate in place. It is not a new charge.
Backups keep running throughout. There is no interruption.
Codes are specific to your account and app. A Jira code only works on the Jira app, and a Confluence code only works on the Confluence app.
If a code appears expired or invalid, confirm you are applying it to the matching app.
