This guide explains how to apply a ProBackup promotion code to your Jira or Confluence subscription in the Atlassian admin console.
Prerequisite: You must be an organization admin or site admin on your Atlassian account.
Steps
Go to admin.atlassian.com and sign in with your Atlassian admin account.
Select your organization, then open Billing.
Open Manage subscriptions and find the app in the list:
ProBackup for Jira, or
ProBackup for Confluence.
Select Apply promotion code.
Enter the code exactly as shown in your email, including any dashes, then confirm.
The discount appears on the subscription once the code is applied.
Notes
If you received separate codes for Jira and Confluence, apply each code to its matching app. A Jira code works only on the Jira subscription, and a Confluence code works only on the Confluence subscription.
Applying a code keeps your current rate in place. It does not create a new charge.
Backups continue running without interruption while the code is applied.
