This article explains how ProBackup handles restore destinations and what to do if you need to move data between accounts or workspaces.
Restores are limited to the original location
ProBackup can only restore data to its original location. For example:
A task is restored to its original list.
A list is restored to its original folder or space.
A project is restored to its original workspace.
It is not possible to restore data to a different workspace, account, or app.
If the original location no longer exists
If the original parent item (e.g. a folder or project) has been deleted, you will need to restore the parent item first. ProBackup will then recreate the child items within it.
Migrating data between accounts or apps
ProBackup does not support migrating, cloning, or transferring data between workspaces, accounts, or apps. If you need to move data to a different location, we recommend contacting the support team of your cloud app for assistance.
