We do not support migrating, cloning, duplicating or restoring your data backups to a different workspace, account or cloud app.
Data can only be restored to its original instance: a list will be restored to its original folder or space, while a task can only be restored to its original list. If the original instance no longer exists, then you need to the restore parent instance instead.
If you wish to migrate, clone, duplicate or restore your data to another instance, we recommend contacting the support service of your cloud app to get assistance with this.
