This article explains which data types ProBackup can restore for Podio and any known limitations.
Apps
When you restore an app, a new app is created in the original workspace. All items, comments, tasks, and files are restored with it.
Known limitations when restoring an app:
Calculation fields are not restored.
If the original workspace was deleted, first recreate a workspace with exactly the same URL label in the same organization, then restore the app.
Items
When you restore an item, a duplicate is created in the related app. All comments, tasks (including task comments), and files, including images in image fields, are included.
Known limitations when restoring an item:
Values of calculation fields are not restored; Podio recalculates them.
Relationship fields are only partially supported: links to items in other apps may not be updated if the related app was also restored.
Other data types
Comments, tasks, and files are restored together with their item; they cannot be restored on their own. Workflow automations (PWAs) cannot be restored.
