Here’s an overview of the data types that Pro Backup can restore for Airtable.

  • Tables: When you restore a table, it will be duplicated to the existing base. The name of the table will include the time stamp of the restore (e.g. “Table 1 (restored YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss)”.

  • Records: When you restore a record, a duplicate of the record will be created in the related table. The following data will be restored: Comments, files, field values, relationship from and to other records.

  • Comments: When you restore a comment, a duplicate of the comment will be created in the related record.

  • Files: When you restore a file, the file will be added to the related task.

Note: The following fields cannot be restored: Formulas, Rollup, Count & Lookup. These field types will be skipped when restoring a table.
