Here’s an overview of the data types that ProBackup can restore for Airtable.

Tables

When you restore a table, it will be duplicated to the existing base. The name of the table will include the time stamp of the restore (e.g. “Table 1 (restored YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss)”.

Due to API restrictions, the following field types cannot be restored and will be skipped:

formula
rollup
count
multipleLookupValues (lookup)
aiText
createdTime
lastModifiedTime
autoNumber
createdBy
lastModifiedBy

If the original base is no longer available, create a new base wit the name "ProBackupRestore" and try again to restore the table.

Records

When you restore a record, a duplicate of the record will be created in the related table. The following data will be restored: Comments, files, field values, relationship from and to other records.

Comments

When you restore a comment, a duplicate of the comment will be created in the related record.

Files

When you restore a file, the file will be added to the related task.
