This article explains which data types ProBackup can restore for HubSpot.

Contacts

When you restore a HubSpot contact, you have two options:

Option 1: Restore as new records

Creates a copy of the selected contacts. All engagements and related files will be restored as well. This is the safest option and does not affect any existing ClickUp tasks.

Note: As we cannot create contacts with the same email, we will append the email address with "+restored" (e.g. [email protected])

Option 2: Overwrite existing records

Updates existing contacts with the backed-up field values. Use this to roll back changes to a contacts that still exists in your list. When you select "Overwrite existing records", a field picker appears. Select which columns you want to overwrite.
