How to restore an item if only a subset of records are shown?

Due to technical limitations of web browsers, it is possible that we are not able to show all records when loading a table. In this case you will see a warning on top of the table "Showing a subset of records".

If not all records could be loaded, it is possible that you will not find your record in the table when using the search functionality. In this case you can restore the record(s) by following these steps:

  • Click on Actions, then Export to export the entire table to XLS format.

Note: The Export will include all records of the selected data set, including the ones that could not be loaded in the web browser.

  • Open the spreadsheet

  • In the first column of the Excel sheet you will see the unique identifier ("ID") of the record

  • Copy the IDs of the records that you would like to restore

  • On the backups page, click on the Restore button and fill in the ID(s) you wish to restore

  • Click on Send to start the restore process for these records
