All data is restored through the public API of each cloud app. As a result, the restore process in itself is limited by the available API calls of each integration.
Unfortunately this means that we are not able to restore all data types (e.g. it is not possible to restore an entire Asana workspace) and that some restores have limitations (e.g. a restored item will not have its original files).
The restore capabilities are different for each integration and are document on the Integrations page. We strongly recommend reviewing that page so that you better understand what sort of data can be restored through the UI.
