Here is an overview why could explain that your Google sheet is not being updated or missing. Please check and verify the points below before reaching out to our dedicated support team.
- Your app has more than 50.000 records. In this case no Google sheet will be created. However the data will still be backed up on our AWS severs.
- You have modified the template. In this case a new Google sheet will be created. The previous version of the Google Sheet will be moved to the Archive folder.
- Your user has been removed from the workspace. In this case you have to ask a team member to add your account to the workspace again.
- The Google sheet exceeds the limit of 1.5 million cells. In this case, a new Google sheet is created with fewer app fields (i.e. Columns). The previous version of the Google Sheet will be moved to the Archive folder.
Important
The 'Last modified' date of a Google Drive folder does not indicate when the underlying Google Sheets have been updated. It only indicates when the folder was created.
