Here’s an overview of the data types that Pro Backup can restore for Zendesk.

  • Tickets - When you restore a ticket, a duplicate of the ticket will be created in your account. The following data will be restored: Status, description, assignee & due date, custom values, public replies, internal notes, attachments & tags.

  • Custom fields - Custom fields will be restored with their name and values.
