Here’s an overview of the data types that Pro Backup can restore for Podio.
Apps - When you restore an app, a new app will be added to the original workspace. All items, comments, tasks and files will be restored as well.
Items - When you restore an item, a duplicate of the item will be created in the related app. All comments, tasks and files will be restored as well.
