Here’s an overview of the data types that Pro Backup can restore for Jira.
Issues - When you restore an issue, a duplicate of the issue will be added to the project. The following data will be restored: Description, attachments, comments, labels and most custom fields values.
Note: There a few known issues when restoring an issue:
Not all custom field values will be restored
Components will not be restored
Child issues will not be restored when restoring a parent issue
Comments - When you restore a comment, a duplicate of the comment will be created in the related issue.
Files - When you restore a file, the file will be added to the related issue.
