This article explains the restore capabilities for GitHub in ProBackup.
Restore not yet available
It is currently not possible to restore data for GitHub. Your GitHub data is backed up and can be viewed and exported from ProBackup, but cannot be restored directly back to your GitHub account.
We are planning to add restore functionality for GitHub in the near future.
