If your login attempts keep failing, please try the following:
Password reset
If the combination of your email and password is not correct, you can try to reset your password.
Fill in your email and click on Send me the link
Fill in the 6-digit verification code that has been sent to your email and your new password
Click on Change password to finalize the update
Verify your email
It is possible that you have signed up to Pro Backup with a different email address. In this case we recommend to search for “Pro Backup” in your inboxes to see which email was used.
Once you have found the correct email, try to sign in again.
Sign up as new user
It is possible that you did not yet sign up with your email address or that the previous account has been closed in the meantime. In this case you will need to create a new account:
Click on the logo of the app that you would like to back up
Follow the onboarding instructions
